Ineligible Persons for Training
Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse or revoke service to anyone for safety considerations. Additionally, Vitruvian reserves the right to use the following criteria for eligibility of individuals to receive services: individuals who are not disqualified from possessing a firearm as defined by applicable federal, state or local law, are eligible for Vitruvian courses. Vitruvian Defensive Solutions, LLC, reserves the right to use the following ineligible persons categories when determining eligibility of training in any of Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC programs.
INELIGIBLE PERSONS

Anyone convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year; or, persons awaiting trial for a crime punishable by imprisonment for more than a year. Fugitives from justice.

Unlawful users of depressant, narcotic, or stimulant drugs. This includes states where cannabis has been legalized.

Those adjudicated as mental defectives or incompetents or those committed to any mental institution.

Illegal Aliens.

Citizens who have renounced their citizenship with the U.S.

Anyone dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.

Persons less than 21 (Federal is 18) for the possession of a pistol.

Persons under a court restraining order from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child of the intimate partner.

Has been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.

Is ineligible to own, posses, or receive a firearm under any restriction imposed by state or federal law.
