Return Policy
RETAIL PRODUCTS:

We will accept returns within 30 days of shipment date based upon the following criteria:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Requests for an RMA can be email to: info@vitruviandefensivesolutions.com. Include the following information in all RMA email requests: receipt/invoice number from original shipment/receipt of item, quantity to be returned, and reason for return.
Additional products returned but not authorized on the RMA document will not be accepted as a return or reimbursed. Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC will contact the customer via email and phone call regarding the non-authorized item. The customer will have the option to have the item shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense. If the customer does not respond within 15-days of being notified via email or phone call of the non-authorized product being received, the product shall be determined to be a “lost and found” product. Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC reserves all rights as property to products determined to be “lost and found”. Any item returned not in accordance with this written policy will not be accepted as a return or reimbursed and the above procedures will be taken to return the product to the customer.

All returns must be sent via traceable carrier with signed receipt delivery for validation of receipt of goods and for insurance compliance.
All returns are subject to restock fee of 25% unless return is a result of an error made by Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC or for Nonconforming Products (identified below). If the manufacturer assesses a fee exceeding 25%, the customer will be assessed the difference in addition to the Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC restocking fee accordingly.
Inspection and Rejection of Nonconforming Products. The customer (the “Buyer”) shall inspect the received Products within 10- days of receipt (the “Inspection Period”). Buyer will be deemed to have accepted the Products in the condition received and thus not eligible for consideration as a Nonconforming Product, unless it notifies Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC in writing of any Nonconforming Products during the Inspection Period (and furnishes such written evidence or other documentation as required by Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC. Buyer must contact Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC by following the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedures identified above. “Nonconforming Goods” means only the following: (i) product shipped is different than identified in Buyer’s purchase; or (ii) product’s label or packaging incorrectly identifies its contents.
If Buyer timely notifies Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC within the 10-days of receipt of any Nonconforming Products, Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC shall, in its sole discretion, (i) replace such Nonconforming Products with conforming Products (if available), or (ii) credit or refund the Price for such Nonconforming Products, together with any paid shipping expenses incurred by Buyer in connection there with. If Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC exercises its option to replace Nonconforming Products and Buyer followed the RMA procedures identified above, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to the Buyer to return the item to Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC. Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC shall, after receiving Buyer’s shipment of Nonconforming Product, ship to Buyer, at Buyer’s expense and risk of loss, the replaced Goods to the Delivery Location. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the remedies set forth in this section are Buyer’s exclusive remedies for the delivery of Nonconforming Products. Except as provided under this section, all sales of Products to Buyer are made on a one-way basis and Buyer has no right to return Products purchased under this Agreement to Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the product, unless specified differently in these terms of return.

All returns must be in original packaging.

All refunds will be issued back to the form of payment originally provided, minus the 25% restock fee if applicable. Shipping fees paid by customer will not be refunded. If item is defective, contact us at info@VitruvianDefensiveSolutions.com, to arrange for a prepaid shipping label and instructions on returning the item.

Vitruvian Defensive Solutions, LLC will not accept return of or issue credit for the following items (including, but not limited to):
- Firearms
- Body Armor
- CBD Oil
- Defense/Pepper Spray
- Items that are labeled ‘Discontinued’ by Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC, regardless of disposition by the manufacturer
- Undergarments (including but not limited to: underwear, socks, t-shirts, base layers)
- Batteries
- Gloves
- Personal Communications Products (Including Code Red Headsets Products)
- Headwear
- All PDU Apparel (Professional Dress Uniform)
- Firearms Component Kits and Parts
- Ammunition
- Product with retail price marking of any type
- Opened packages or packages showing evidence of tampering
- Product not in original packaging, including case pack goods
- Forensic testing supplies, equipment or drug and or alcohol testing kits
- First aid or trauma treatment products
- Worn or shopworn products
- Any special order products (including but not limited to): specific apparel fits, vehicular modification or customization products,
special sidearm holsters or carriers, any apparel with custom embellishment, any hard goods requiring special embellishment,
any product purchased for fulfillment of agency purchase order.

TRAINING SERVICES and EVENTS:
- For Training Services and Events, all requests to reschedule or cancel with refund will be issued if request is made 3-days prior to the scheduled event. To request rescheduling or cancellation/refund, email request to: info@VitruvianDefensiveSolutions.com. Provide your name and the details of the event you paid for and scheduled. Requests for rescheduling is subject to availability of training events. If requesting a cancellation/refund within 3-days of the training event, a credit will be issued for a future training event.
- All no-shows are subject to no refund or credit.​
- All reschedules/refunds/credits issued are subject to discretion of Vitruvian Defensive Solutions.
- If it is determined that a customer paid for a service they were not authorized to attend in accordance with Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC Persons Ineligible for Training Policy, the customer forgoes any payment made and will not be provided a credit nor refund, subject to the discretion of Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC.

PEKITI TIRSIA KALI & MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING:
- Pricing Plans ("Tuition") selected are as listed for the number of individuals allowed per the tuition terms. A paying member may have accompany them to the training session, up to the number of people as per the per person tuition terms that were paid for. If exceeding the per person tuition terms, then the extra person will be allowed to attend at the per person drop-in rate.
- All monthly reoccurring tuition will be automatically charged on the 1st of the month for the tuition of the current month. All late, returned, or not able to be billed payments will result in the immediate termination of the current tuition price payment plan and a new tuition price plan at the current rate will have to be established to continue services. Additionally, a late penalty of $15 being accessed to the account and the tuition and late fee will be due within 7-days. All non-paid late fees and tuition terms that are more than 7-days late, will result in an additional $35 late payment fee being charged and will be due by end of that month, as well as suspension of attendance to any services provided by Vitruvian Defensive Solutions LLC. Any payments that are more then 1-month late will result in all previously identified late fees plus an additional $10 being due until tuition is paid current to include all late fees that where assessed. Additionally, the non-paid account will continue to accrue the monthly billing tuition price plan rate plus any late fee assessed through the end of the tuition terms until cancelled in writing. If at the end of the tuition terms, if the account has not been made current and paid to include all late fees, actions will be taken to include reporting to collections for repayment and any other legal recourse to recoup the total tuition amount that was past due plus late fees.
- All reoccurring tuition fees will be billed on a monthly basis for the length of the tuition selected unless a cancellation notice is provided in writing, either by email or paper mail (see Contact Us information for mailing address and email).
- All monthly reoccurring tuition cancellations must be received in writing no later then the 15th of the month for the following month. If not received prior to the 15th of the month for the following month, a full month tuition will be charged and not refunded or credited.
- There are no credits or refunds issued for missed classes.
- There are no credits or refunds for prepaid tuition price plans. If cancelled prior to end of prepaid tuition, all funds paid are non-refundable and no credits will be provided.

HEALTH AND SAFETY:
COVID-19: Vitruvian Defensive Solutions values the safety of everyone in our training programs and the general public. We understand the complicated issues surrounding COVID-19, and will mitigate when possible the potential spread of COVID-19. A credit for a future training event will be issued for anyone at any time (except no shows) if the customer has any symptoms, has been exposed to anyone with symptoms, or positively tested for COVID-19. In accordance with our services and training refund policy, a refund will be provided if requested 24-hours prior to the training event. If within 24-hours of scheduled training event, customer will be given a credit for a future training event of equal value. If Vitruvian Defensive Solutions must cancel a training event due to COVID-19, customers will be contacted and given the option to reschedule to a future training event or be provided a refund. This DOES NOT apply to Pekiti Tirsia Kali and Martial Arts pricing plans.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMERS. ​
VITRUVIAN DEFENSIVE SOLUTIONS LLC DOES NOT MANUFACTURE OR CONTROL ANY OF THE GOODS OFFERED FOR SALE. THE AVAILABILITY OF GOODS DOES NOT INDICATE AN AFFILIATION WITH OR ENDORSEMENT OF ANY GOODS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR MANUFACTURERS. ACCORDINGLY, VITRUVIAN DEFENSIVE SOLUTIONS LLC DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS. HOWEVER, THE GOODS MAY BE COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AS DETAILED IN THE DESCRIPTION OF THE GOODS AND INCLUDED WITH THE GOODS; ALSO REFERENCE THE FOLLOWING MANUFACURER'S WARRANTY PAGE FOR WARRANTY COVERED BY VARIOUS MANUFACTURER'S HERE. TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED IN THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY. VITRUVIAN DEFENSIVE SOLUTIONS LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; (C) WARRANTY OF TITLE; (D) WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF A THIRD PARTY; WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.
